quick question before we go further

When was the last time you went to bed without dreading what the night would bring?

If you had to think about it for a second — this is for you.

Does any of this sound familiar?

😩

You're starting to resent bedtime. You're the only one who can get your baby to sleep. Feed to sleep, rocking, bouncing, shushing... and the second they hit the crib, wide awake.

🌙

Six, seven, eight wake-ups a night. Every single time needing you to get back to sleep. You don't remember what a full night feels like anymore.

😮‍💨

Naps only happen on you. Twenty minutes if you're lucky, and only if you're holding them the whole time. You haven't had your arms free in weeks.

💔

You're so touched out you've stopped enjoying parts of this. You love your baby more than anything. But you're running on empty and you miss actually liking it.

😬

You've been telling yourself it'll pass on its own. Maybe next week. Maybe after the regression. Maybe when the teeth come in. It hasn't.

🔍

You've Googled everything, bought the guides, tried drowsy but awake. Nothing stuck. And you're starting to wonder if your baby just hates sleep and nothing will ever work.

but here's the truth

You don't have a difficult baby.
You have a baby who never learned how to fall asleep on their own.

And that is completely fixable. In 7 days or less. Without crying it out. Without going against your instincts.

Okay, I need sleep →
I was that mom too.

I was completely against sleep training.
Until I actually looked at my fears.

I was that mom. Proudly, loudly on the feed to sleep side. Sleep training was not even a conversation I was willing to have.

I spent months telling myself it would pass on its own. I had a list of excuses. The wrong week. The wrong timing. Maybe she'll sleep better tonight. She didn't.

Pija

Smiling through it. Telling myself it'll pass. The under-eye circles told a different story.

What I was actually afraid of
  • That I would damage her attachment to me
  • That she would learn I don't come when she needs me
  • That any crying at all meant I was being cruel
  • That sleep training meant leaving her alone to scream
  • That this would drain the last bit of energy I had left and take months
  • That I'd be judged for going back on everything I'd so loudly stood for

Those fears were real. They just weren't entirely accurate.

When I actually sat down and researched crying properly, not Instagram posts, actually read, I realized I had been confusing protest crying with suffering. I thought all crying was the same. It isn't. And once I understood that difference, everything shifted.

I figured out what my absolute no was. What my maybe was. And what I was okay with. Then I built a system around that.

You don't have to become comfortable with crying. You only need to understand it. That's what this course gives you before anything else.

Because once I understood it, my always-fed-to-sleep daughter fell asleep on her own in two minutes on night two. Without me in the room. Without crying it out. Without breaking anything between us.

Moms who were exactly where you are

I thought I cracked a code. But I had to make sure it wasn't just me and just luck. So I gave a small group of moms early access to see if they'd be as blown away as I was. I never expected this:

You've probably already tried something.

A course you opened and never finished. Because it was too long, too complicated, written for a brain that isn't running on four hours of sleep. You maybe started it, hit day 3, and quietly closed the tab.

Or maybe you looked into a sleep consultant. And the price was one thing. But the real problem was the feeling that you'd have to follow a rigid plan exactly, and you already knew that saying "actually this doesn't feel right" wouldn't really be an option.

This is different. Not because it promises more. But because it was built by a mom who needed it to work at 2am, not just on paper. Who needed a reset option. Who needed to feel like she was still in charge.

And the cost of not fixing this? Sleep deprivation isn't just exhaustion. It's reaction time. Emotional regulation. The version of yourself you show up as every day. Staying stuck is expensive too — just in a different way.

What you're probably picturing
  • Baby alone screaming in a dark room
  • Standing outside the door doing nothing
  • Increasing intervals, no response allowed
  • A rigid plan you have to follow exactly
  • Only works if baby has their own room
What this actually is
  • You're always nearby, always checking in
  • A reset option every single night
  • Works in the same room as you
  • A plan built around your baby specifically
  • Gentle methods you actually choose from

Your next 7 days.

Day
1

Today you decide enough is enough.

You're a little scared. Maybe a lot. But you buy the course, open the first video, and somewhere in the first few minutes something shifts. The fear starts to make sense. The guilt starts to lift. You prep everything for tomorrow and for the first time in months, you actually feel ready.

Day
2

Your first night.

You know exactly what to do. You follow the plan. And somewhere between putting them down and watching the monitor... it's not as hard as you thought it would be. You might even cry a little. Not because something went wrong. Because something finally went right.

Day
3

Wait. Did that just work?

Your baby falls asleep independently. In minutes. You stand outside the door not quite believing it. You might get a full night of sleep. You definitely get your evening back.

4 & 5

The hard part.

Things might feel harder again. More resistance. More doubt. You'll think: we're back to square one. You're not. This is the last push before everything clicks. The moms who get to day 7 are the ones who don't quit here. You won't either. Because now you know why this is happening.

6 & 7
+

days 6 & 7 (and beyond):
This is your new normal:

🌙

You put your baby down and walk out of the room. No feeding to sleep, no rocking for 40 minutes, no holding your breath on the transfer. You just leave. And they fall asleep on their own and stay asleep.

🍼

Your partner does bedtime. Not because you showed them a 47-step process. Because there's a clear, simple routine that works whether you're there or not. You get an evening. An actual evening.

☀️

Naps happen in the crib. Long ones. And you're not pinned to the sofa holding a sleeping baby for the third hour in a row (while really needing to pee). You eat lunch. You sit down. You exist.

😴

You sleep. Not just survive the night. Actually sleep. Wake up in the morning and feel like a person again.

💛

You start liking this again. Not surviving it. Not counting down to bedtime from 4pm. Actually enjoying your baby, because you're not drowning anymore. They learned a skill that will serve them for years. And you gave them that.

Questions you probably have

My baby sleeps in our room. Will this work?+
Yes, and I specifically built it for this. My daughter still sleeps in our room, in her own crib, right next to me. This has nothing to do with where your baby sleeps. It's about how they fall asleep.
Is this cry-it-out or Ferber?+
No. You choose a responsive method that supports your baby through change while they learn a new skill. There is a big difference between supporting your baby through change and abandoning them. Some resistance is normal when anything changes — but you're always nearby, always responsive, and there's always a reset option.
My baby is under 4 months. Does this work for them?+
This course is designed for babies 4 months and up, when it's developmentally appropriate to start working on independent sleep. For babies under 4 months, the most important thing is getting the foundations of sleep right — and I have something that helps SO much with that. Email me and I'll point you in the right direction.
I've already tried a different sleep course and it didn't work.+
I hear this a lot. Most courses are long, generic, or written for a textbook baby that doesn't exist. This is different because the tool builds a plan for your specific baby at their specific age, based on how they actually respond. It's also different because I've addressed the part that usually makes people quit: the guilt, the fear, and the hard nights.
I breastfeed. Do I have to stop?+
No, you don't have to stop breastfeeding at all. You can absolutely still offer a feed as part of the bedtime routine — I still do this. The key is just not feeding all the way to sleep. If weaning is something you're planning anyway, this process will definitely support that too. But it's not a requirement.
Do all naps have to happen in the crib?+
No. Flexibility is built into this from the start. Having at least one crib nap a day is helpful, especially in the beginning, but it's not a requirement for every single nap. We start with just one and go from there. Contact naps, stroller naps, car naps — all still allowed. A rested baby always comes first.
What if it gets harder before it gets better?+
There's a whole video on day 5 about exactly this. Around day 4 or 5, things often feel harder before they click. It's called an extinction burst and it almost always happens right before the real shift. I'll tell you exactly what it looks like so you don't quit right before everything changes.
Will I damage my baby's attachment to me?+
This was my biggest fear too. What the research consistently shows is that it's not brief moments of protest that affect attachment. It's the overall pattern of responsiveness over time. You're here because you love your baby. That love doesn't go anywhere because you're helping them learn to sleep.
A word from me

Not an expert. Just the mom who built the thing she couldn't find.

Pija, Wannabe Diary

Pija · mom of two IVF miracle girls 🤍

I'm Pija. Mom of two. I'm not a sleep consultant. And honestly, I never wanted to be one. Because what I do is different.

I don't just learn and teach. I research obsessively, figure out what fits my values and my family, try it, document every single night, live it. And when something works, I build a system around it. Then I invite a group of moms to test it. I collect feedback, tweak, perfect. And only then do I put it out.

What you're getting is not a generic guide written from a textbook. It's the system I wish someone had handed me when I was lying awake at 2am, searching for something that actually felt right.

Because when I finally found an approach that aligned with my values and committed to it — my daughter was falling asleep independently in just two minutes by night two, after only ever knowing feed to sleep.

I'm sharing this not because I have a certificate on my wall. But because I was exactly where you are. And I built the thing I couldn't find anywhere else.

Tonight can be different.
This is where it starts.

You've been waiting for the right moment. The right week. The right method. The right sign.
This is it.

Your baby is not broken. You are not failing.
You're just one clear plan away from calmer nights.
