The Best Productivity Hacks for Moms Who Want to Do It All

You know those days when your to-do list is longer than a CVS receipt, but you still end up forgetting why you walked into the kitchen in the first place? Yeah, same.

As someone who’s juggling a toddler, another baby on the way, daily hypnotherapy and meditation practice, and building a multi-million-dollar business (no biggie, right?), I’ve had to get very creative with productivity. Because spoiler: I’m not naturally organized. I’m naturally chaotic—with a planner. 🙃

But here’s the thing: productivity isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things... without losing your mind or your kid’s snack cup.

Let’s dive into some real, doable, sanity-saving hacks that actually work for moms like us. (No, I’m not about to tell you to wake up at 4 a.m.—I’m not a monster.)

1. 🕙 Time Blocking That Actually Works

Not the Pinterest-perfect kind. I’m talking color-coded Google Calendar blocks that say things like “Ignore everyone & drink coffee” or “Fake smile through toddler meltdown.”

Break your day into chunks: work, play, clean, cry. (Kidding. Sort of.) Having structure helps your brain stop guessing what comes next.

2. ✅ Pick a Top 3 Daily

Every morning, pick three things that, if you finish them, you’ll feel like a damn queen. Doesn’t matter if they’re business goals or "fold one basket of laundry.” It works.

3. 🧺 The Laundry Rule: One Load a Day

Stop trying to do laundry mountain in one day. One load. Wash, dry, fold, put away (yes, all the way).

If you miss a day? Forgive yourself. You’re not a robot. You're a glorious, hormonal goddess doing her best.

4. 💻 Batching = Sanity

Batch content. Batch emails. Batch reels. Batch yelling into a pillow.

Doing similar tasks together saves so much energy. Multitasking is a scam. (Unless you count breastfeeding, scrolling, and ordering groceries as one.)

5. 🙅‍♀️ Learn to Say "No, Thanks"

You don’t have to be on every PTA committee, answer every DM in five minutes, or attend every birthday party.

Your mental health > social obligations.

6. 🧠 Use Your Brain’s Peak Times

If you’re sharpest in the morning (aka pre-toddler chaos), use that time for focus work. Save mindless stuff like laundry or TikTok for your low-energy slots. Productivity is energy management, not time management.

7. 📱 Delete the Time-Suck Apps

You know the ones. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook… (😬 guilty).

Use screen time blockers or just put your phone in another room. Or at least stop checking it during pee breaks.

8. 🍄 Natural Support? Yes, Please.

I’ve been loving Bio Bloomz mushroom supplements lately—especially for energy and mental clarity. No crash, no fog, just actual “I can think straight” vibes. Game changer for focus.

Final Thoughts 💭

You can be ambitious and exhausted. You can want more and love your life. You can be productive without being perfect.

Motherhood isn’t a pause on your goals. It’s fuel for them. The more fulfilled YOU are, the better everyone around you thrives.

So here’s your permission slip to stop chasing perfection and start chasing what matters.

You’ve got this. Even if your kid just colored on the wall. Again.
