The Baby Sleep & Motherhood chapter

Calmer evenings. Better nights.

My daughter was fed to sleep for 11 months. I was exhausted and out of ideas, so I put together a gentle plan, step by step. On night 2 she fell asleep on her own in under 2 minutes. These are the plans I made for my own girls.

  • Two gentle methods: stay in the room the whole time, or step out for short check-ins that always stay short
  • A plan personalized to your baby, with a night-by-night roadmap
  • A reset for the harder nights
  • Video lessons plus a written version, so you can watch or read, whatever suits you

3 Days to Calm Evenings

An evening routine that helps your baby's body get ready for sleep, so bedtime stops feeling like a battle. It works from the newborn days up to 3 years, so it's also a great place to start if your baby is still too young for self-settling. It doesn't teach self-settling. It's the calm foundation that makes everything after it easier.

  • A personalized evening routine for your little one (0–3 years)
  • Update it anytime as your child grows or things change
  • The 4 things every calm evening needs
  • Help for sick nights, travel and regressions
  • Short, bite-sized videos

One-time payment · lifetime access

Questions

Before you start.

Will my baby cry?

Some protest is normal when anything changes. The plan keeps you close and responsive, with short check-ins if you choose them, and a reset for the harder moments. You'll always know what to do next.

How old should my baby be?

The Gentle Self-Settling Plan is for little ones from 4 months to 2 years. 3 Days to Calm Evenings is for little ones from 0 to 3 years.

My baby is under 4 months. Do you have something for us?

Yes. 3 Days to Calm Evenings is made for exactly this stage. It gives your days a gentle evening rhythm now, and when your baby turns 4 months you can move on to the Gentle Self-Settling Plan if you want to.

Which plan should I start with?

If your baby is under 4 months, or evenings are the hardest part, start with 3 Days to Calm Evenings. If your baby is 4 months+ and only falls asleep with you (feeding, rocking, holding), the Gentle Self-Settling Plan is the one.

Does 3 Days to Calm Evenings teach self-settling?

No. It gives you a calm evening routine. Self-settling is taught in the Gentle Self-Settling Plan.

How long do I have access?

Forever. Both plans are a one-time payment with lifetime access, so you can come back to them for the next regression, or for your next baby.
